Providing support services is a dynamic and rewarding sector to work in. All staff recruited, regardless of the Service User group they wish to work with, are trained and supported by our in-house training department including attending a 5 days paid induction programme prior to carrying out any support. We regularly recruit Home Care Assistants to work in Older Peoples services and Support Workers for Outreach projects to address the unfilled requirements we have in both departments. Permanent full and part time positions are often available as well as positions during college/university term holidays to provide holiday cover for current permanent employees.
