We are proud to be an accredited provider of support services to the Sefton Supporting People Team providing support to people with Learning Disabilities/Physical or Sensory within a number of properties within the area.

The aim of this service is to enable people to choose how they live, where they live, who they live with and who supports them. We have considerable experience in supporting people in moving from long stay hospitals or from family homes and work closely with everybody involved in the transition process of moving into their own home in what can initially be a stressing time.

Each individual will have their own support worker who gets to know them as an individual including their likes, dislikes, how they like to be communicated with, the kind of lifestyle they want and work with them to deliver a person centred plan. We offer varying levels of support depending on each person’s individual need to promote them to take an active role in running their own home and participating in the life of their local community.
