Community Response Team (CRT)

Community Response Team Members (£7.00 per hour Weekdays, £8.00 per hour Weekends)

The Community Response Team provides vital support to the busy Service Delivery Department, working set shifts on a 4 on, 4 off Rota to provide care to our Service Users in the event of sickness or absence of a regular carer. As a member of the CRT you will also attend new packages pending allocation of a key worker, using your knowledge and experience to identify any issues to feedback to the Care Manager. You will play an active role in supporting and mentoring new members of staff and in the development of domiciliary services in conjunction with Sefton Social Services.
Requirements for this role:

  • Previous experience of delivering high quality care in a residential or community based setting
  • Hold or be willing to work towards, NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • A full UK Driving License and access to a car

The CRT work a 4 day on, 4 day off rolling rota to cover the following shifts:

Crosby Areas

8am – 8pm
8am – 1pm
7pm – 11pm

Maghull Areas

7pm - 11pm
5pm – 11pm
