We value each and every person employed by WarrenCare who assist us in delivering a high level of support to our Clients. As well as investing in training and closely supervising staff we feel that it is vital that everybody feels that that have an active part to play in the ongoing development of the company and are included in any consultations. We encourage feedback from staff in order to improve the services we provide as well as ensuring that opinions are valued and suggestions actioned wherever possible to improve the overall working for WarrenCare experience.

With such a large number of staff and an ongoing demand for services it is impossible to release all staff to attend staff meetings. In order to address this, Staff Communicators elected by the existing staff, are appointed who attend regular meeting with senior management staff. At these meetings your communicators will raise matters brought to their attention by all staff who have contacted them and also be involved in discussions regarding the ongoing development of the company.
